Work content:
1. Biology: Engage in one or more research projects, including directed evolution, RNA delivery, structure analysis, high-throughput small molecule drug screening, etc.
2. Computational direction: Protein/RNA structure, function prediction, algorithm improvement, protein/RNA design
Job requirements:
1. Relevant background and senior experience in biology (molecular biology, structural biology, RNA biology, or cell biology), or computing (biological computing, bioinformatics, AI structure prediction, or deep learning);
2. Have obtained a doctorate in high-level universities at home and abroad, have post-doctoral experience, and have published many innovative papers during the period;
3. Strong writing skills in both Chinese and English, fluent in spoken English, and proficient in communicating in English;
4. Possess a rigorous scientific attitude, a proactive work style and a good team spirit, and have high laboratory management and leadership skills;
5. Have the ability to think independently, discover and solve problems.
Assistant Researcher (Biology, Computation, Chemical Synthesis)
Work content:

3. Chemical synthesis: Engaged in the design and development of antiviral drug small molecules, peptides, and biological drugs, and the development of instrument detection reagents. Experience in the synthesis of small peptides, nucleic acids, and rare earth ion chelates is preferred.
