Where does the difficulty of RNA research lie? The difficulty lies in the difficulty of finding homologous sequences; with just a slight evolution of the four bases, they can become completely unrecognizable. We have developed the first pipeline for automatically searching for RNA homologous sequences, RNAcmap, which has now been upgraded to RNAcmap3, and we have established the largest nucleic acid database, MARS. The application of RNAcmap3 in the RNA language model RNA-MSM has demonstrated the usefulness of homologous sequences. Everyone is welcome to download and use it.
