From June 15th to 18th, the 34th Annual Meeting of the Chinese Chemical Society was held at the Baiyun International Convention Center in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, with the theme "Toward Higher Quality Chemical Research". On the 15th, at the Biomarker and Analysis Branch, Dr. Xiaofeng Rao was invited to give an oral report titled "Design and Synthesis of DNA Dyes with Large Stokes Shift and Low Toxicity". He detailed the development process of the Benthiol Green series of new DNA dyes independently researched by his team, as well as the excellent performance of the dyes.
