On December 8th, the TEDxShenzhen2024 annual conference was held at the Shenzhen International Garden and Flower Expo Park. With the theme "Brave New World," the conference invited pioneers from various fields such as technology, art, and humanities to share their insights and explorations in their respective areas, each in an 18-minute presentation.

At the conference, Dr. Yaoqi Zhou shared how he challenges his own limits in science exploration.

“Don't worry about failure. During my years, I encountered a lot of setbacks throughout my journey from high school to university and professional life. Be patient and creative, you can overcome all those obstacles and achieve the goals,” said Zhou, who engages in fundamental research on the structure-function relationships of proteins and RNA.
