From October 25th to 28th, the 10th National Conference on Bioinformatics and Systems Biology was held in Chengdu, Sichuan. Dr. Yaoqi Zhou was invited to participate and gave a talk at the structural bioinformatics and drug molecular design branch: deep transfer learning through mutation co-evolution to achieve end-to-end prediction of RNA base pairing structure.
